Lemo PlayerTerms of use

These terms cover your use of Lemo Player on iPhone and iPad. Using the app means you accept them. They are short, so please read them.
A player with no content
Lemo Player is a player and nothing more. It comes with no channels, movies, series or playlists, sells none, and doesn't host, index or recommend any stream. It plays only the playlist you add from a subscription you hold. We have no tie to any IPTV provider.
Your responsibility
You alone choose what you add and what you play. Use only playlists you have the right to watch, from a provider legally allowed to offer them where you live, and never use the app to infringe copyright or break the law. What a provider streams is that provider's responsibility, and we can't help with its subscription, channels or billing.
Free and Lemo Max
The free plan holds one playlist and shows ads. Lemo Max adds unlimited playlists, lets you create your own lists and removes every ad. Lists you created stay usable if Lemo Max ends. Prices and periods are shown on the purchase screen before you pay and can differ by country.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Lemo Max is an auto-renewing subscription charged by Apple to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews at the same price and for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends; the renewal is charged within those last 24 hours. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. Restore purchases, in Settings › Membership, brings Lemo Max back on a new device.
Scores are for information only
Results, minutes and match details on the Scores channel come from a third-party service and can be late, incomplete or wrong. They are for information only; don't rely on them for decisions or bets. League and team names belong to their owners. Watch only searches your own playlist and doesn't promise that any channel carries a match.
Fair use
Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, its ads or its settings file, and don't use it to overload or attack any server. We may withdraw a feature that is misused.
Apple's standard EULA
Lemo Player is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add to it; where the two differ, the standard EULA prevails. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support and has no duty to maintain it.
No warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. We don't promise that every stream, guide, score or feature will work, play smoothly or always be there: much of it depends on your provider, your connection and third-party services.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the content you play, or for what your provider, Apple, Google or the scores service do. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Lemo Max in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The new version appears in the app with a new date; using the app after that means you accept it.
